What is IRVA?

At Financial PR, we adopt our proprietary Investor Relations Value-Added (IRVA) evaluation system that measures analyst coverage, media coverage and investor engagement – three key deliverables that clients look for when engaging an investor relations firm.

Why is IRVA necessary?

IRVA is metric to showcase the additional value-add that our team brings to the table, beyond share price and liquidity improvement. In essence it calculates a dollar value for each successful delivery of these investor relations services, where effort is traceable to our consultants.

Our approach

We devise the formula for IRVA calculation as follows:

IRVA = Analyst Value-Add (AVA) + Media Value-Add (MVA) + Network Value-Add (NVA)
