Key Responsibilities:

• In line with specific needs of each client, provide strategic advice to key management of listed companies
• Design IR materials that effectively communicate the investment story of each company to investors. These include corporate presentations, factsheets, press releases, web material and quarterly/ yearly financial reports.
• Facilitate and ensure clients are well-prepared for investor meetings, conferences, media interviews and company visits
• Foster and maintain strong relations with the media, investors and regulatory bodies
• Assist senior management in establishing strategies that support overall growth and business development
• Contribute to Group-level corporate projects

Candidate Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Communications
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and project management skills
• Excellent verbal communication and written skills in English and Mandarin
• At least 5 years of industry experience, preferably spent in audit, equity analysis, journalism or corporate communications
• Results-driven, number-sensitive, able to work under time pressure and confident in providing counsel to company management and communicating with investment professionals
