HR and Corporate Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Group MD
  • Execute all aspects of human resources functions including recruitment, retention, orientation and training, compensation modeling and performance management
  • Improve overall operating efficiency and ensure systems introduced are adhered to in a timely, complete and accurate manner across all markets
  • Work collaboratively with senior management and staff across the organization to develop and implement effective HR and operations strategies in support of organizational goals and growth
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues to foster an environment of camaraderie
  • Traveling is required

Candidate Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of five years of combined HR/operations management experience
  • Able to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Strong team orientation and success working collaboratively with diverse staff and stakeholders
  • Developed leadership capabilities
  • Excellent organization and prioritization
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task
  • Anticipates needs and demonstrates initiative and pro-activeness
  • Bilingual is a MUST
